Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I teach Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative yoga classes, Yoga workshops, private yoga sessions, and offer Yoga and Health-Coaching for your specific health needs with movement, pain-relief practices, breath and diet.
Current class details can be found on the schedule page of this website. If there is not currently a class that suits you, please do send me your email info and I will let you know as soon as I add more classes to the weekly schedule.
I am teaching sunday afternoon workshops on the last sunday of the month, where we study aspects of yoga that we do not have time to cover in class. Information can be found in the Retreats and Workshops section of this website.
Private yoga and yoga therapy sessions provide you with a personalised yoga practice and, if you wish, dietary and lifestyle advice. Whether you simply wish to deepen your personal practice, boost your energy levels and reduce stress, or are looking to relieve symptoms of chronic pain and illness, such as back pain or neck pain, CFS/ME, MS, diabetes, high blood pressure, digestive ailments, arthritis, I believe there is nothing quite as supportive as a personalized yoga practice.
